Boston Marathon Bombings: What Can You Do?

More and more reports on injuries keep coming in a day after two explosions at the Boston Marathon in Boston Massachusetts. Three people died -- including an 8-year-old boy -- and more than 170 were injured when the twin blasts went off near the finish line Monday afternoon.(CNN.com)

There is still no one or group taking responsibility for the attack, but Obama has labeled this, an act of terror. Doctors are saying they are removing metal objects from the wounds, nails, shrapnel, and other crude items. As the whole world watches, it must make you wonder, what can you do to help?
